Supported Shipping Zones

  • Domestic: All U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories)

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.
  • Free in-store pickup is available at our shop in Twentynine Palms.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

We pack and ship your order within 3 business days. Once it’s on its way, you’ll get a Shipping Confirmation email with a FedEx or USPS tracking number.
Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days in the continental U.S.

Exchanges? Yes, you can

We accept exchanges for unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at fl@thedesertgeneralstore.com with your order number.

  • Return shipping is not covered, but if you're local, you're welcome to return or exchange items directly at the store.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items returned in unsellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages & Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered." If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Payment Requirements

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.
