


Rockin' for Joshua Tree Event Poster 2003
The ROCKIN' FOR Joshua Tree 2003 concert was organized to support the fight against the Eagle Mountain MegaDump project. From 1994 to 2014, a group of activists battled against this project, which was slated to be the largest MegaDump in the world.
The Rockin for Joshua Tree event was a turning point in this battle, symbolizing decades of effort to defeat the proposed 700 million ton Eagle Mountain MegaDump planned for land adjacent to Joshua Tree National Park.
